Nothing says “iftaar” like feta cheese & dates with walnuts & mint,
The perfect treat after a long day’s fast!
These stuffed dates are an eye catching appetizer to have for any occasion, but they are especially tasty after a long day of fasting during Ramadhan. There is no better way to start iftaar than with a soft medjool date stuffed with feta cheese and walnut, topped with fresh mint. This lovely combo of ingredients not only tastes wonderful, it also makes for a cute presentation as well. You need this at your next iftaar!

- 6 medjool dates
- 2 tablespoons feta cheese
- 6 walnuts
- 18 small mint leaves
- Cut a small slice into the side of each date and remove the pit.
- Stuff each date with about 1 teaspoon of feta cheese.
- Press a walnut and some mint leaves into the cheese and enjoy!
